Plan licence

Gable & Post keeps the copyright in every plan. When you buy a plan set, you get a licence to use it as described below.

You may

• Build one home from the plan set, on one site.
• Print as many copies as you need for that build, and share them with your builder, subcontractors, lender, insurer and building department for that build.
• Have a licensed local professional mark up or adapt the drawings for that one build.

You may not

• Build more than one home from one licence. Ask us about a multi-build licence.
• Resell, publish or share the drawings or files with anyone not involved in your build.
