Revisions policy

Every plan set includes up to 3 rounds of revisions, free, within 12 months of purchase.

What a revision covers

• Correcting an error in our drawings, such as a dimension that doesn't add up or a missing label.
• Clarifying or adding information that your building department asks for in writing about our drawings.

What a revision doesn't cover

• Design changes: moving walls, adding rooms, changing the size or the roof.
• Work that has to come from another professional, such as an engineer's stamp, steel building drawings from your kit supplier, or a site survey.

We offer design changes as a separate paid service. Ask us for a price.

How to ask

Use the revision request form on your download page, or email hello@gableandpost.com with your order number and, if it's a county request, a copy of what they sent you. One round means one set of changes sent back to you, however many items it contains.
