What you are buying
A Gable & Post plan set is a set of construction drawings delivered as a digital download (PDF). The price of each plan set is shown on its page in US dollars, currently $1,399. Nothing physical is shipped.
Who you are buying from
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Gable & Post supplies the drawings and the support described here.
Delivery
When your payment is confirmed you receive an email with a download link. The link does not expire. If you lose it, email us and we will resend it.
No refunds
Because the drawings are delivered in full the moment you pay, plan sets are not refundable. You will be asked to agree to this before payment. Where the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be removed by agreement, that right still applies.
Revisions
Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included with every plan set, within 12 months of purchase. See the revisions policy for what a revision covers.
Licence
Your purchase includes a licence to build one home from the plan set. See the plan licence.
What the drawings are, and aren't
- The drawings are not stamped or sealed by a licensed architect or engineer.
- We cannot promise that any county, city or lender will accept them. Building departments set their own requirements, which may include drawings or a stamp from other professionals. Check with yours before you buy.
- You and your builder are responsible for checking the drawings against your site, local codes and conditions before and during construction.
- We are not a builder or contractor and are not responsible for construction.
