What we collect

When you ask for an estimate or a checklist by email: your email address and what you entered (square footage, state, bedrooms, finish level), so we can send it and follow up with a short email series.
When you request a call back: your name, phone number, state and message.
When you buy: Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email, what you bought and when, but never your card details. We log each download of your files (time, IP address and browser) to protect your purchase and ours.
When you browse: we use PostHog analytics to count visits and see which pages help people. For visitors in the US we store an anonymous identifier in your browser. For visitors in Europe and the UK we store nothing in your browser. We do not sell or share your personal information.

Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops all marketing email straight away.

Email hello@gableandpost.com and we will delete your contact details. We keep order records as long as tax and accounting rules require.
